urFooz Brings Twitter to all Your Social Networks and Blogs!

Friday, July 10th, 2009

Are you one of the 7 million+ members of the Twittersphere?  If so, you’ll be glad to know we just launched the first Twitter App for urFooz!

Our Twitter App lets you tweet directly from Fooz World and publishes your tweets not only to your Twitter page, but also to all the social networks, blogs, and webpages your Fooz Card resides!   Just another way urFooz helps consolidate your online life.

To start using the Twitter App, it takes 3 simple steps:  1.) go to Fooz World, look under Edit, click on Apps and click on the “Sign in With Twitter” button;  11

2.) Next, log into Twitter;  21

and 3.) Start Tweeting away.   51

The App makes it’s one less site you have to visit to keep your MySpace and Facebook friends up-to-date with your latest tweets.

Here’s another reason why the urFooz Twitter App makes so much sense–  When it comes to Twitter profiles, 79.79% Twitter members fail to provide a homepage URL,  75.86% have not entered a bio in their profile,  and 68.68% have not specified a location.  Putting Twitter on your Fooz Card puts your latest tweets right next to your profile, photos, videos, bookmarks, networks, news, and just about anything else you want to share with friends, family, and fans.

It’s finally here! Customize the order of your Fooz Apps.

Thanks to the great feedback you’ve been providing over the past 3 months since we launched, we’ve been adding a number of new feature sets designed to make urFooz more simple and fun.  One of the most popular requests we’ve received has been to offer the ability to choose the order of Fooz Apps shown on your Fooz Card.

We’ve done just that and now it’s ready.  Go to Fooz World, roll over Edit, and click on Apps.  You can edit your apps here, and re-order the way they’ll show on your card by dragging and dropping the apps up and down. The apps you want shown on the top of your Fooz Card should be at the top of the list.  Users who requested this feature cared most about customizing the 3 apps on the front of the card– These 3 apps should be at the top of your list on the Edit Apps page.

Another feature you’ll notice is that the number of buttons you can show on the back of your card is no longer limited to 9.  The back of your Fooz Card can scroll through two screens (and more as the number of Fooz Apps continues to grow).  Simply put, if you want to show 11 apps on the back of your card per se, the back of your profile card will have 2 screens people can scroll through– 9 apps on the 1st screen and 2 on the 2nd.

Our innovation and improvements are thanks to all of you who’ve contributed your thoughts and suggestions.  Have fun with this and keep up with the great feedback!
